Fundraising information

• You determine the duration of the fundraiser:  when it starts, when you want the money in, and when you want the product delivered/shipped and your

portion of the fundraiser sent/delivered to you.

• Carriage House Creations will provide you with the order taking forms.  We would appreciate it if you would tally all of the order forms, and return  the "Tally Sheet" for us to deliver.
• Product will be delivered to you within seven (7) days of the end of the fundraiser, or you have verified with Carriage House Creations the amount of each product that your organization has sold.
• All monies are due to Carriage House Creations within seven (7) days after the end of the fundraiser and the products have been received by you. 
• We will, in turn, issue a check to you in the amount of $2.00 or $2.50 per jar, , contingent on the amount of product sold within four (4) days of the receipt of the fundraiser.
