CAJUN DIRTY SPREAD

This is one of those great and unique recipes that one of my customers came

up with.  Serve if on Fat Tuesday, Christmas, or for any occasion.

1 cup pecans

1  8 ounce block Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Hot Red Pepper Jam

Combine  all ingredients in food processor, and process until it looks like "dirt"!

Serve with crackers.

Best when it "rests" for a day.
