• Reynoldsville Area Business Association (RABA):  Louise founded RABA in 2002 to support the local business community, and to form an alliance among the local busimesses. Served as President for 4 years, and Secretary for 2 years.
• Member of the Jefferson County Room Tax Committee in an effort to promote tourism throughout the County
• Board Member of Northwest Great Outdoors, the Tourism Promotion Agency for the Northwest region of Pennsylvania.
• Board member of Jefferson County Penn State Cooperative Extension Board of Directors, and has served as Treasurer since 2008.
• Board member of the Greater DuBois Area Chamber of Commerce. Served as Chairperson for the Board's Tourism and Marketing Committee.
• Frequent guest lecturer for Penn State's Food For Profit Workshop.
• Member of the Reynoldsville Homecoming Committee.
• Relief organist at the First United Methodist Church in Reynoldsville, and a member of the Handbell Choir.
• Member of the Reynoldsville Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
